I really appreciate the quick and easy bluetooth connectivity of this thermal printer. I also like that it comes with a paper dispenser so I can take it with me if needed and not have to fumble trying to figure out how to support the thermal paper roll. Anyone can figure out how to use it, you just plug and play! The Munbyn app is such a great tool to use with it with so many useful templates and easy interface for creating. I'm also happy that I can replace the print head in the future if needed. I haven't explored the blue and red printing options yet, but I am excited to try them! This is top quality when looking for a thermal printer for your business. 👌

I’ve been using Munbyn products for over a year now and honestly their quality keeps me coming back. I picked up this new printer to go with the one I already have, and I’m really happy with it. The printing is noticeably smoother and faster, and the stand holds my label rolls perfectly (I’ve only used folded labels before so this was super convenient). Setup and connection were super easy too,everything worked right away. Overall, really happy with this upgrade!

Setting this up was a breeze! I connected it to my laptop via Bluetooth in no time. As a business owner, I need to print shipping labels regularly, and for my first test run, everything printed out perfectly. I did blur out the address for privacy, of course! Plus, I had a blast creating logo stickers using the app—it was super easy!

I got this to upgrade from my old Munbyn printer, and I'm very happy I did. The design is much more sleek and lightweight. I also like that I can simply replace parts to keep this same model for longer. The other one I have is not capable of doing that, and i would have an awkward time doing maintenance on it. I also really like that this one comes with a holder for your labels. It can also print in red/blue with the right paper, but I have not tried that feature yet.

When opening the box there was so much to unfold. But first everything was packaged and placed into bags and a box so nothing gets broken while they deliver it you. Second the set up was simple reading the manuals, they come with cables and even a USB drive when is really useful to those with laptops and prefer to use that than a phone. Once the printer is setup you must download the app to be able to connect to it and it was AMAZINGLY quick, it connected so easily and fast, but as many others I tested to see the quality and if it worked. It did not let me down, easily printed the words onto the label with ease, the label quality is very good as well. I highly recommend this product to those with small business because this is a GOOD investment for small businesses and I hope to use this printer more and more into the future for mine.
