PROOF 01 /BUILT FOR SORTED CASH

Make Daily Cash Counts Easier

Keep register counts and end-of-day checks moving with a counter built for sorted bills. Separate each denomination before loading, then select its value manually to calculate the stack total. IMC27 helps reduce repetitive hand counting while keeping you in control of the setup.

PROOF 02 /CONTROLS FOR YOUR ROUTINE

Count, Total, or Prepare a Batch

Use ADD to combine results across counting runs, or set BATCH to stop at a chosen number of bills. For value totals, select the denomination manually before counting a sorted stack. The front-panel controls help staff follow the same routine from one shift to the next.

PROOF 03 /CHECK AS YOU COUNT

Add a Review Step for Suspicious Bills

UV, MG, MT, IR, and DD checks help flag unusual bill characteristics during counting. If the machine raises an alert, pause to inspect the bill before including it in your total. DD width detection is intended for USD and is not suitable for EUR.

PROOF 04 /A STEADIER COUNTING ROUTINE

Keep Your Cash Desk Moving

Process sorted cash at up to 1,000 bills per minute to keep routine checks moving between customers or at closing time. Straighten the stack before loading and keep the feed area clean. Consistent preparation helps your team spend more time reviewing results and less time restarting counts.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Can the IMC27 count mixed denominations automatically?

No. Sort bills by denomination first, select the denomination manually, and count each stack separately. VALUE and ADD modes can then total the results.

What do ADD, BATCH, and VALUE modes do?

ADD combines results across multiple counting runs. BATCH stops at a selected bill quantity. VALUE calculates a stack total after you manually select its denomination.

What checks does the IMC27 use for suspicious bills?

The machine uses UV, MG, MT, IR, and DD checks. DD compares bill width and is intended for USD rather than EUR. Any questionable bill should also be verified through an appropriate financial institution.

How many bills can it process?

The IMC27 counts up to 1,000 bills per minute. The hopper and stacker each hold up to 200 bills.

How should the machine be cleaned?

Turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Use the included soft brush or a damp cloth, and do not apply liquid or aerosol cleaner inside the machine.
